Paula Fournier is a Certified Mental Health & Wellness Coach with a unique approach to fostering positivity, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. With many years of experience in the health and wellness field, Paula has guided countless individuals on their journeys to better mental and physical health through personalized coaching, practical tools, and guided reflection.

Understanding the challenges that come with stress, anxiety, and creative blocks, Paula designed the "What the F*ck Do I Journal About???" series as a humorous yet effective way to help people break free from the frustration of staring at a blank page. She believes in the transformative power of writing to reduce stress, spark creativity, and help people appreciate the little things in life. The Gratitude Journal was created to show those with the scarcity mindset that there moments every day to be happy and thankful for. 


The Mindfulness Planner was created out of sheer desperation of the search of the perfect planner for herself and her clients! Paula likes to track her health, her work, her life. And this 3-month planner does it all! Not much commitment so it feels better too!

Paula's passion for gratitude and mindfulness shines through in her work, encouraging others to find joy in everyday.
