As your coach, we will need to see up to date lab work and your doctor will need to see up to date plans that we have given you. **YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DISCUSS ANY CHANGES IN DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN.**

Some people love having a coach for support so much they stay with them through difficult times (e.g. holidays, gearing up for summer or vacations and special occasions). Whatever you need, we are here. This is not a diet plan, this is a lifestyle plan. .
Not a chance! We will never try to sell you any vitamins, supplements or any of those chalky protein shakes! Food is your fuel, unless your blood work shows us otherwise and your doctor prescribes a supplement for you! We will work with your physician to see your particular needs and do the best we can with the foods you love!
