Maybe you've made the decision to be healthier and you've made  some changes but things aren't really happening for you. Maybe you've decided to move towards a lifestyle that's more you. Maybe this  isn't the first time you've been down this road. A health, wellness and life coach can guide the way - giving you the tools to build the proper foundation so  that you can do it on your own. 


No. Coaching is different. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or provide therapy. Think of me as your partner in making real changes outside the doctor’s office. I’ll support your plan of care and help you put it into practice. And for the question of Mental Health Coaching, we look at the now and forward, not the past. 


Perfect! Because this isn’t a diet. Coaching is about finding what fits your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle. We’ll build habits you can stick with for the long run, not quick fixes that fade away.


Short answer, no. However, there are plans to fit every budget. Schedule a 15-minute *FREE*  Consultation and we can discuss your options. 


We do not talk about payments during your coaching sessions. That time is for you! Your payments can be set up to be auto-paid right from your checking account through our secure payment system, or you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and we now partnered Klarna! Your health should not have to be centered around your insurance plan. 


YES! You are expected to inform your doctor (the minute you've  decided) that you are working with a health, wellness and life coach. As your coach, we will  need to see up to date lab work and your doctor will need to see up to  date plans that we have given you. **YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DISCUSS  ANY CHANGES IN DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN.**


Yes! We work with all types of people. Some have health concerns,  some do not. All have one thing in common - they want to feel and look  their best! I can help with that. 


Absolutely not! Learn how to have everything you love - well, most  everything, as long as it loves you back! Not sure what that means? The explanation will come when the time is right! 


No. You may want to work with us for a couple of months, a few months or until you reach your goals and create new ones. It's up to you. Some people love having a coach for support so much they stay with them through difficult times (e.g.  holidays, gearing up for summer or vacations and special occasions).  Whatever you need, we are here. This is not a diet plan, this is a  lifestyle plan. .


Not a chance! We will never try to sell you any vitamins,  supplements or any of those chalky protein shakes! Food is your fuel,  unless your blood work shows us otherwise and your doctor prescribes a supplement for you! We will work with your physician to see your  particular needs and do the best we can with the foods you love! 


Besides 15 minutes of your day for that *FREE* consultation? Well,  if you sign up with EHER, you could lose a few pounds, a few points in those labs that you and your doctor were working on, the list could go  on and on. But the list of what you can gain is longer - Focus, hope,  self esteem, confidence, sleep, knowledge, understanding of your own  body, mind/body balance and so much more!
